Responsibilities

• Approve all MEP and Commissioning schedules.
• Prepare the GMP.
• Supervise MEP subcontracting strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and change orders.
• Perform MEP constructability reviews.
• Guide MEP Contractor’s schedule of values.
• Define MEP buyout approach.
• Ensure timely execution of MEP Coordination Process.
• Create a project-specific MEP quality plan.
• Conduct site inspections for MEP compliance.
• Establish controls for commissioning program.
• Communicate regularly with owners.
• Train direct reports.
• Manage workload and performance of direct reports.
• Foster positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate closely with business development.
