Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction coordination or administration.
• Willingness to learn the mechanical construction industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and administration.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Use Foundation to track project information.
• Assist with schedules, deadlines, workflows, and coordination.
• Assist with budgets, job costing, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors regarding needs and status.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts for scope issues.
• Prepare change orders, purchase orders, subcontracts.
• Attend project meetings and document actions.
• Support project team in issue resolution and execution.
• Assist with project closeout and required documentation.
• Perform other project management and admin duties.
