Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with MEP coordination in commercial construction is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work on-site in multiple locations.
• Proficiency with construction documents and submittals.
• U.S. citizenship required for certain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP activities with subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support commissioning, testing, and turnover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and progress reports.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
