Job summary

Amicus Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong emphasis on plumbing and fire protection for a major data center development in Michigan City, Indiana. This on-site role requires leadership of critical plumbing and life-safety packages and coordination with the GC and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing and fire protection systems in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of life-safety interfaces and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to manage large plumbing/fire protection packages on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing and fire protection packages from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Oversee domestic water, sanitary, storm and drainage systems installation.
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications and construction documents for compliance.
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders and procurement to avoid delays.
• Ensure systems meet codes, standards and quality requirements.
