Job summary
Power Design is seeking a Construction Specialist to keep our MEP projects organized, efficient, and productive on site in Phoenix. You will support material handling, site preparation, safety, and documentation while learning basic construction techniques across trades.
Prior labor experience is welcome but not required; training is provided. This role offers hands-on growth opportunities and a path toward our Apprenticeship Program, with opportunities to advance within a nationally recognized
Qualifications
- Prior construction or labor experience preferred, but training is provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying conditions.
- Willingness to learn and support multiple trades.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Support project teams with material handling on site.
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup.
- Perform basic tasks under supervision such as trenching and wiring.
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and mechanical teams.
- Follow safety standards to maintain a safe worksite.
- Learn basic construction techniques for growth.
- Help with labeling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
