Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring for Meeting Services Support to ensure seamless meeting room operations, event setup, and on-site AV assistance at the Cincinnati, OH location. You will support video conferences, executive events, and workplace meetings with attention to detail and customer service excellence.

Role requires 2+ years in meeting services or AV operations, with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AV or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience supporting meeting rooms, conference services, event setup, or AV operations.
• Hands-on experience with AV equipment including projectors, displays, mics, speakers, and room systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience supporting conferencing platforms like Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reconfigure meeting rooms and event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and AV gear.
• Provide on-site support for meetings, video conferences, and executive events.
• Troubleshoot AV equipment including projectors, displays, mics, and room control systems.
• Maintain inventory of AV equipment and room supplies in scheduling apps.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support VIP meetings and events.
