Structure Medical, a Mooresville, NC facility, seeks a Production Scheduler for a 3–6 month contract to plan and coordinate daily and long-term production schedules, aligning with customer demand and quality requirements.

The role requires collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to balance capacity, materials, and labor with priorities, monitor lead times, and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with production scheduling or planning in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in medical device or high-precision manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, and materials.
• Monitor inventory, WIP, lead times, and status to anticipate delays.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust plans as priorities change.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and efficiency improvements.
• Communicate schedule changes and status to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data within systems.
• Support continuous improvement and new product launches.
