Sanitas is seeking a Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare setting in Naples, FL. The role involves assisting with patient care, obtaining vitals, administering basic procedures, and maintaining accurate records under the supervision of a Licensed Independent Provider (LIP).

The position requires a high school diploma, 1+ year healthcare experience, and an active BLS certification.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in the healthcare field.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – AHA accredited.

Mansioni

• Take vitals, assist with examinations and procedures, provide patient reassurance.
• Prepare exam rooms, organize instruments, ensure necessary supplies.
• Perform venipunctures, administer vaccines, assist with minor procedures per LIP orders.
• Manage medical records, enter data, file documents, safeguard HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with billing, coding, and insurance claims under supervision.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals and pre-visit planning.
• Transmit lab specimens and ensure timely documentation for follow-ups.
