Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc. is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On‑Site EMT/Medic) to support the safety and well‑being of jobsite workers in Ashdown, AR.

You will conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, provide guided treatment under provider direction, and coordinate with clinical teams. This role requires 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, BLS/CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be able to walk the jobsite for up to 5 hours daily.
• Must lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment.
• Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel.
• Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure the on-site medical facility remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments.
