Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc. seeks a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support jobsite workers with on-demand medical care, injury prevention, and rapid response. This role is based in Muskogee, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 10-hour days.

You will work independently in the field, document care in the EHR, coordinate with clinical teams, and participate in safety orientations. Requires strong communication, valid driver’s license, and BLS/CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications required.
• EMT/NREMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and administer first aid under provider direction.
• Support case management through follow-ups, referrals, and care coordination.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide psychosocial support and peer-based assistance to site personnel.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives and ergonomic coaching on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized on-site medical facility with stocked supplies.
• Collaborate with safety teams during orientations and trainings.
• Engage with patients, staff, and providers to ensure clear communication.
