• Develop and implement pre-construction schedules.
• Establish subcontractor and consultant contracts.
• Prepare monthly billings and value schedules.
• Review changes and track change orders to closeouts.
• Conduct weekly site visits and preconstruction meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
