Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written instructions, pictures, and drawings.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to assemble parts correctly by checking fit and alignment.
• Ability to complete basic paperwork or computer entries related to work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical parts and subassemblies by following written instructions, pictures, and basic drawings to ensure correct build.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to assemble parts according to work instructions.
• Line up, fit, and fasten parts in the correct order and direction to meet build requirements.
• Perform simple quality checks such as visual inspections and basic function checks.
• Record work completed and parts used in required paperwork or systems for accurate tracking.
• Identify missing parts, damaged materials, or problems and report them per site procedures.
