You will collaborate with Systems, Electrical, Test, Software teams and program managers to ensure requirements are met.

Basic qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 4+ years of post-graduation FEA experience, with ANSYS and SolidWorks proficiency. U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Requires 4+ years of post-graduation experience in FEA.
• Experience with ANSYS for FEA strongly preferred.
• Aerospace/Defense background preferred.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of GD&T and PDM document management.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team in performing FEA on complex electromechanical systems including thermal and stress analysis.
• Documents and presents FEA results to support reviews with peers and customers.
• Develops 3D/2D mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks CAD.
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical requirements are met.
