Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) in Boulder, CO is seeking a Materials Planner to translate demand and inventory needs into executable material plans supporting production schedules and customer commitments. The role is on-site and reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain at IDT.

You will develop material plans, monitor availability, optimize SAP parameters, and partner with multiple teams to ensure On-Time Delivery and efficient inventory management, contributing to Danaher’s continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, inventory management, or operations.
• Experience using SAP to manage material requirements planning, inventory, and planning parameters.
• Experience analyzing demand, inventory, lead-time, and supply data to identify shortages or excess.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar data-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material plans that align supply with production requirements, customer demand, and inventory targets.
• Monitor material availability, planning signals, and inventory health; identify shortages and risks and drive resolution.
• Optimize SAP planning parameters, stocking levels, and order quantities using demand patterns, lead times, and priorities.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Scheduling, Customer Care, and other teams to resolve constraints and support On-Time Delivery.
• Use data, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods to strengthen planning accuracy and inventory performance.
