Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking a Materials Mgmt Partner II to coordinate inbound and outbound movement of materials and support production schedules at the Healdsburg site. This role requires accuracy in inventory, data reporting, and adherence to established procedures.

The position emphasizes on-site work with clerical and material handling duties, using MS Office to draft reports and track stock levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties associated with materials management.
• Receives, stocks, and distributes materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Stores and labels materials in an orderly manner.
• Drafts reports regarding production progress, inventory levels, and materials costs.
• Inspects stock items for defects and reports all instances of damage to supervisors.
• Compares inventory records with physical counts of stock to ensure accuracy, reporting discrepancies when they arise.
