Job summary

Epsilon Industries is seeking a Materials Handler to safely move, stage, and document materials within our Tuscaloosa and Oxford, Alabama facilities. The role starts with a 90-day on-site training period in Tuscaloosa, with per diem during training; after training, duties remain on-site in Oxford.

Wage ranges from $20 to $24.84 per hour, based on experience, and the position is on-site only. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, rigging, reading BOMs, and ensuring accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts with certification preferred or required.
• Ability to read Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Basic math and tape measure reading.
• Experience with overhead cranes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Rig modules and materials for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and cranes.
• Read BOMs to pull and stage materials.
• Verify materials against BOMs and packing slips.
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues.
• Document materials received and shipped (BOL).
• Maintain organized staging areas.
• Communicate with production, logistics, supervision.
• Follow safety procedures.
