Ecoplastic America Corp. is seeking a Material Control Specialist to oversee material handling, inventory control, and production planning at our Register, GA facility.

The role requires coordinating with KD assembly, engineers, and procurement to ensure timely, cost-efficient manufacturing of auto parts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to continuous improvements in KD processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience using ERP for materials management.
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement material handling strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and costs.
• Coordinate with the KD assembly line to meet production schedules.
• Improve KD efficiency and reduce assembly time.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to streamline KD processes.
• Identify cost-effective material sources and establish supplier relationships.
• Plan annual, monthly, and daily production based on orders.
• Set up ERP foundations and record daily production performance.
• Close manufacturing orders and maintain accurate records.
• Track inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor downtime and coordinate maintenance.
