Giti Tire Usa Ltd in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Supply Chain - Demand and Production Planner to lead master production planning, demand planning and inventory management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration to optimize stock levels and production efficiency.

This position requires 3–5+ years in master production planning, proficiency in Excel, and ERP experience (Oracle eBusiness Suite).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
• APICS or other Supply Chain certification preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Master Production Planning.
• Experience with ERP software, Oracle eBusiness Suite preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Inventory planning and replenishment, demand planning/forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Master production planning.
• Demand planning and Forecasting.
• Communicate plans with cross-functional operations and adapt plans based on changing demand to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with internal teams to meet performance goals for Quality, Turn Around Time and Throughput.
• Continuous improvement and maintain SOPs for supply planning processes and systems.
• Prepare monthly S&OP materials with USA and Headquarters.
• Analyze demand by SKU for production plants according to sales forecast and inventory projection.
• Develop KPIs to measure and manage supply chain performance.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
