Job summary

Giti Tire Usa Ltd in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Supply Chain - Demand and Production Planner to lead master production planning, demand planning and inventory management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration to optimize stock levels and production efficiency.

This position requires 3–5+ years in master production planning, proficiency in Excel, and ERP experience (Oracle eBusiness Suite).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
• APICS or other Supply Chain certification preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Master Production Planning.
• Experience with ERP software, Oracle eBusiness Suite preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Inventory planning and replenishment, demand planning/forecasting.

Basic Function

This position is a core supply chain function supporting the business in master production planning, demand planning and inventory management activities. This will be a key role in the monthly/yearly production planning process. This person shall be responsible for ensuring production meets the demand needs. The role will also help with demand planning and be able to assist with forecasting for various customers. In turn he/she should be able to calculate inventory levels based off of the demand plan. Also to propose solutions and required analysis to ensure proper production & stocking levels to increase supply chain productivity and efficiency. The person in this position shall have supply chain planning, manufacturing and inventory management experience. This position is required to perform a variety of tasks. A very wide degree of analytical capability and judgements are required.

Experience
