Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is expanding its guest services and sales team. The In-House Marketing Agent role focuses on energizing guests and owners, presenting show updates, and inviting participation in sales opportunities on property.

You will assist with on-site and off-site needs, manage check-in experiences, and answer calls while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and resort offerings. This is a busy, on-site position with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OPC or in-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates customer excitement regarding our product.
• Invites Owners to attend an Owners Update.
• Invites Non-Owners to attend a sales presentation for Capital Vacations.
• Assists guests and Owners with on-site and off-site needs.
• Provides guests and Owners with a smooth, friendly check-in experience.
• Understands qualifications and company policies and procedures.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of local shows, attractions, and locations.
• Completes all necessary paperwork and reports accurately and legibly.
• Resp onsibly handles cash.
• Maintains performance standards and answers inbound/outbound calls.
• All other duties as assigned.
