Mortenson’s BLUvera unit seeks a Superintendent I to lead day-to-day operations in a growing manufacturing setting. You will coordinate assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft teams to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work.

Collaborate with operations leadership to plan work, manage resources, and drive production while building cross-functional relationships across the organization. You will help scale manufacturing capabilities, introduce new products and processes, and provide

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in construction management or related field.
• Associate/Bachelor degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Eng or Construction Management.
• Current driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Plan & implement resources to meet project schedule.
• Review documents for completeness and constructability.
• Coordinate with design engineers to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and manage three- and six-week look-ahead schedules.
• Lead site logistics and Mortenson tools usage.
• Collaborate with partner superintendents.
• Lead orientations and pre-construction planning.
• Supervise craft teams and manage hires/fires.
