Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations including production scheduling and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of non-exempt contributors and coordinate daily activities.
• Implement quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data and recommend process improvements and cost reductions.
• Oversee inventory control of materials, components, and finished products.
• Monitor expenses and capital expenditures; prepare KPI reports.
• Perform talent management: recruitment, performance management, coaching, development.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and industry compliance.
