Qualifications

• Certified PMP or CPIM is a plus; federal security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of 10+ non-exempt contributors and drive performance KPIs.
• Implement quality assurance and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, assets, and capital expenditures; report metrics.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
