Job summary

HP Federal is seeking an Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. The role emphasizes strategic planning, quality control, and team leadership to meet regional business requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory control, monitor expenses, and prepare KPI reports while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of job-related experience and 0–2 years of management experience.
• Certifications such as PMP are preferred; federal security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees manufacturing and remanufacturing activities across product lines to meet regional requirements.
• Leads daily activities and manages a team of 10+ non-exempt contributors.
• Implements quality assurance initiatives and drives continuous improvement.
• Analyzes data to recommend process improvements and cost reductions.
• Manages inventory control for materials, components, and finished goods.
• Monitors expenses and capital expenditures, prepares KPI reports.
• Performs talent management including recruitment, performance review, coaching, and development.
• Ensures safety, environmental, and industry compliance.
