Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, PA, seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer in Justin, TX, on-site, to lead continuous improvement, safety, and quality on the production floor. You will work with engineering, operations, planning, and maintenance to standardize processes across sites, install new equipment, and solve complex manufacturing challenges.

The role requires a B.S. in manufacturing/mechanical/industrial engineering and at least 3 years of experience, with knowledge of CAD tools

Qualifications

• B.S. degree required in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/SOLID modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvement using lean principles to boost productivity and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and planning to standardize processes.
• Develop solutions for complex problems affecting plant layout, design, and construction.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager to document standard work and training.
• Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for machinery.
• Analyze root causes of manufacturing issues and drive resolutions.
• Provide technical product assistance and manufacturing procedures for projects.
• Maintain strong presence on the production floor and align work with goals.
• Provide daily direction to maintenance to meet production efficiency.
