Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of manufacturing timelines and experience with project management is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive actions and accountability to meet program timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestone deadlines.
• Document issues, actions, owners and dates, and drive closure.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules and report progress to management.
• Communicate effectively and foster teamwork on the shop floor.
• Follow safety regulations and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties as needed to support manufacturing goals.
