Job summary

Protec Arisawa America, Inc. in Vista, CA is seeking a Controller to manage day-to-day accounting, general ledger, budgeting, and forecasting on-site. The role includes leading the finance team, ensuring internal controls, and coordinating audits.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in a controller or senior accounting role, a Finance/Accounting degree, and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Dynamics 365 (MS Business Central). CPA/CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CMA/CPA a plus).
• 5–7+ years in controller or senior accounting role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead teams, meet deadlines, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with on-site work requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and journal entries.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making and budgeting.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and present results to senior management and board.
