Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative and scheduling experience in a team-centric environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (sorting, filtering, pivots, vlookups, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Support production, business, and administrative processes in manufacturing.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare leadership presentations.
• Facilitate team activities and training in core administrative skills.
• Interact with customers to assist with product planning and process improvements.
• Gather and analyze data to support reporting and leadership decisions.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and support special projects.
