Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in New Jersey is seeking a procurement specialist contractor to support manufacturing and supply chain functions. The role is a 12-month W2 contract with 40 hours per week, onsite one day a week (Wednesday) and remote the other days.

The ideal candidate has a BS or 2–5 years in manufacturing/procurement, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP, Veritas) and excellent communication and attention to detail. The position offers competitive hourly pay on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, accounting, finance, or related field, or 2-5 years relevant experience.
• 2-5 years in manufacturing, procurement, accounting, or supply chain/logistics.
• Advanced Excel, communicating effectively, detail oriented.
• ERP experience (SAP, Veritas, other ERP systems).

Responsibilities

• Engage EM partners to deliver against plan.
• Deliver spec packages to partner companies to enable correct manufacturing.
• Monitor weekly/in biweekly cadence for inventory and deliveries.

Hourly Pay: 30-37 p/hr on W2

Basic Qualifications –

Performance Metrics:

Successfully engaging EM partners to deliver against plan. Delivery of spec packages to our partner companies to enable correct manufacturing. Other metrics controlled by the team include outbound inventory, inbound deliveries, performance against SLA’s for spec delivery and completion of some tasks. Most tasks are on a weekly/biweekly cadence.
