Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Valley Lake in Fayetteville, AR. In this role, you will assist in resident repair requests and perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Experience with various maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
