Job summary

Westlake Apartments in Conway, AR seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations for the community. You will delegate requests, schedule tasks, and drive preventative repairs while leading a small maintenance team.

A strong background in building maintenance and safety standards is required, along with a valid driver’s license and background check. On-site living benefits are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management with 3+ years preferred.
• Strong background in general maintenance and team leadership.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community maintenance, including budgeting, scheduling, training, safety, compliance, and quality control
• Review maintenance requests from residents and respond in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent repairs and communicating with residents throughout the process
• Coordinate communication between management and staff regarding the status of maintenance projects
• Inspect buildings for signs of structural damage or other issues that could lead to safety problems
• Coordinate with contractors to complete preventative maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at the beautiful WestlakeApartments!

The maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep for our community. In this role, it will be up to you to delegate incoming maintenance requests, and identify any needs for preventative repairs. A strong background in general maintenance and team leadership is preferred.
