Lindsey Management Co., Inc. manages Greens on Blossom Way in Rogers, AR. We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to handle routine and preventative maintenance across the community.

The role requires performing repairs, responding to resident requests, and participating in on-call rotations. On-site housing with rent discount is offered, along with health and disability benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
