Job summary

American Crane & Equipment Corporation on-site in Douglassville, PA is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing plant. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery, engines, motors, and facility systems, with a focus on preventive maintenance and safety.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday with an early shift, reporting to the Plant Manager. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings, and experience with hand and power tools,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or trade school training preferred.
• Relevant certifications (electrical, HVAC, welding, forklift, crane operation) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machinery and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and machines.
• Read diagrams, manuals, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot problems.
• Operate cranes and forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Respond to equipment issues in real time and coordinate with production teams.
