Job summary

American Crane & Equipment Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our on-site manufacturing facility in Douglassville, PA. You will maintain and repair production machinery, perform preventive maintenance, read drawings, and troubleshoot mechanical problems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Technical or trade school training in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Certifications (electrical, HVAC, welding, forklift, crane operation) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines.
• Read diagrams, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems by observing equipment in operation and using measuring tools.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as needed.
