Job summary

Core Spaces is looking for a Maintenance Technician in State College, PA. This role involves completing maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, HVAC diagnostics, and preventative maintenance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance, knowledge of general maintenance methods, and the ability to lift substantial weights. Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems.
• Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for residential units and common areas.
• Repair broken plumbing to avoid water damage.
• Diagnose and perform HVAC repairs.
• Follow safety policies and methods.
