Job summary

Eagle Nest in Little Rock, AR is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support resident services and preventative maintenance at the community. This on-site role includes living on-site with a rent discount and the chance to work closely with the Community Director and Maintenance Director.

The position emphasizes timely responses to repair requests, routine inspections, and hands-on maintenance across the property, with occasional after-hours coverage as part of an on-call

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled
