Job summary

The Collier Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Ocala, FL. This role supports the Maintenance Team to ensure properties meet company standards and requires troubleshooting across HVAC (if certified), electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and related tasks.

Candidates should have 1+ year of maintenance experience, strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year experience as a maintenance technician preferred.
• Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and drywall as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Provide quality customer service and timely follow-up on work orders.
