Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to manage workflow in a timely manner.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Knowledge of all safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all network services and perform equipment tests.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain relationships with customers.
• Create reports of customer service calls and suggest equipment upgrades.
