Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for staff.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Be responsible for the inventory and delivery of necessary supplies.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are complied with.

Skills

Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Self-motivated with attention to detail

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

Property maintenance/handyman experience
