Job summary

Candidates need 1+ year supervisory experience, basic MS Office skills, and ability to work with a diverse, low-income population. On-site schedule with 8:30–5:00, M–F, plus on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Six months of consecutive experience in residential housing maintenance/property management.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Directly hire, supervise and manage maintenance and custodial staff.
• Respond to daily work orders including plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks.
• Inspect units during pest control and perform safety and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and follow preventive maintenance schedules; handle after-hours emergencies.
• Provide courteous service to residents, guests and coworkers; ensure safety and compliance.
