Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in Bristol, NH is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support on-site production equipment and facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and contribute to safe operation and reliability.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of maintenance or industrial experience.
Knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V).
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and methods.
Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize tasks.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience with PLCs or computer-controlled equipment (preferred).
Hazardous materials handling knowledge or certifications (HAZWOPER) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Diagnose issues with sensors, switches, wiring, and control systems (up to 480V).
Conduct major equipment repairs, including overhauls and rebuilds.
Maintain and service equipment such as molding machines, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and stamping equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (LOTO, OSHA) and company safety standards.
Independently identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
