Mercy Housing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for Cranes Landing in Denver to collaborate with property management, oversee budgets, and manage vendor contracts for a new affordable housing community.

The role is on-site with pay range $31–$33/hour, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a comprehensive perk package. This position supports Mercy Housing’s mission to build communities and lives through affordable housing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Repair and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents, including turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with the property management team.
