Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Service Supervisor to join our on-site operations team and support a positive experience for residents. Responsibilities include leading maintenance staff, implementing preventive maintenance, inspecting units for move-ins, and managing vendor contracts.

EPA certification and HVAC experience are preferred, with on-call duties as needed. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• EPA certification required; must obtain EPA cert within 120 days if not held.
• HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff by setting direction, priorities, and schedules.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize emergencies.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move-ins with quality control.
• Manage vendor contracts and approve invoices.
• Respond to emergencies after hours when on-call.
