Job summary

Sentral is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to manage daily upkeep of the property, prepare units for occupancy, and uphold high appearance standards across buildings and grounds. This on-site role requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule and adherence to safety policies.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with MS Office tools. HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day appearance of buildings and grounds.
• Prepare vacant rental units for occupancy.
• Visually inspect and report repairs or safety concerns.
• Ensure high standard of building appearance for residents.
• Respond to requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and equipment in good order.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies.
