Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Associate to help keep our properties clean, safe and ready for occupancy. You will service vacant units and common areas, manage supplies, and respond to resident requests while following OSHA guidelines.

The role requires physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds and performing maintenance duties as needed. We value a proactive, team-oriented approach in a dynamic, property-management environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and basic numbers.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and ensure professional appearance.
• Clean leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas daily or as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory, supplies and equipment.
• Provide courteous, efficient response to resident and management requests.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
