Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Assist Journeyman and Apprentice mechanics as necessary.
• Inventory spare parts and chase parts as directed.
• Safely use hand and power tools throughout the facility.
• Record daily utility readings and maintain equipment records.
• Perform basic repairs on non-mechanical equipment (carts, slings).
• Conduct routine building maintenance (painting, lighting, cleanup).
• Maintain detailed work records and comply with policies.
