Job summary

Turner Enterprises Management, LLC, Vermejo Reserve in Raton, NM, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead hospitality maintenance operations and ensure guest accommodations meet luxury standards. You will oversee the maintenance team, coordinate with Housekeeping and Guest Services, and address safety, quality, and presentation across facilities.

The role blends hands-on maintenance with team leadership to uphold Vermejo’s guest experience and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in facilities, maintenance, or property management within hospitality.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and preventive maintenance.
• Experience leading or coordinating a maintenance team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain one within 30 days.
• Must provide identity and employment authorization documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance team and assign work.
• Inspect guest accommodations, buildings and grounds for safety and presentation.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly via work order system.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules (daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal).
• Perform hands-on maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work.
• Coordinate repairs with Housekeeping and Guest Services.
• Address guest-related facility concerns promptly and professionally.
• Establish and enforce safe work practices and clean work areas.
• Manage tools, equipment, and supplies; monitor condition and repairs.
• Assist with housekeeping when needed.
• Attend staff meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
