You will be responsible for prepping jobsites, managing inventory, and collaborating closely with crews to enhance productivity. This position offers a dynamic work environment requiring physical stamina and adaptability to extreme weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Working knowledge of construction, quality, safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time and stay overnight at remote job sites.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage jobsite materials, supplies & equipment.
• Prepare job site for work and ensure it is ready at the end of the day.
• Maintain jobsite organization and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
