The work is on-site with up to 10% travel, focusing on asset accountability, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable communications and equipment readiness for CNAL operations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
• Associate degree in business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum three years Navy logistics AIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product life cycle, from acquisition to final disposal and maintain a real time mast inventory.
• Initiate move requests for Fleet and Staff personnel transitioning devices between users.
• Respond to smartphone trouble calls and assist with OS reloads and email apps with service desk support.
• Manage international phone service for travelers, maintaining accountability of users and international service transitions.
• Coordinate documentation to repair or replace missing, lost, or damaged equipment.
• Coordinate unique cell phone requirements for special command training and events with CNAL HQ for approval.
• Prepare monthly usage reports and reconciliations with each Wing phone coordinator.
• Maintain real-time accountability of cell hotspots and issue devices to traveling staff and training teams.
• Identify and address potential issues like equipment failure and supply chain disruptions.
