Job summary

Environmental Marketing Services, LLC in Seneca, SC is seeking an on-site Logistics Administrative Coordinator to support our sales and customer service team. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, with up to 75+ outgoing calls daily.

Starting rate is $24.00 per hour, with benefits after 90 days, paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately type 40+ words per minute (typing test will be administered).
• Excellent communication via phone and email; daily client/vendor calls required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day client management, including calling/emailing existing customers and marketing services to prospective customers.
• Answer incoming calls and dispatch appropriately.
• Complete manifesting documents for transportation of waste using Enviroware.
• Coordinate transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste with transporters and customers.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and internal files.
• Create and manage Salesforce reports and provide updates to the president.
• Use forms and systems to complete quotes, service agreements, and job orders.
• Follow up with vendors via phone and email on existing and upcoming services.
• Organize the filing room and pull files as needed.
